A wrong finding is worse than a missing one, because you would act on it. Tell us the check, the URL, and what it said — that is the most valuable bug report this product can receive. A report needs an account, so there is somebody who can answer it.

A report is a claim we have to be able to check and answer. An account gives us somebody to reply to, and it keeps the public record free of drive-by submissions.
