Privacy policy

Last updated 11 September 2026. This describes what Crawlwise actually stores and who sees it.

Crawlwise is operated at crawlwise.site. Contact: the in-app Support form after you sign in, or the Google account email you used to register.

Account

Sign-in is Google only. We receive your Google account id, name, email, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password. A Crawlwise account is created on first successful Google sign-in.

What we store

Saved work lives in Cloudflare D1 on our Worker: audit reports you run, tool outputs you save, checklist progress, credit grants and holds, support tickets you send, and usage events used to enforce monthly caps. History and account pages exist only for the signed-in user who owns that data.

What a scan sends elsewhere

  • Public HTML and discovery files of the URL you submit are fetched by our servers.
  • PageSpeed Insights (Google) receives that URL when a Lighthouse run is requested. Each attempt spends Google quota.
  • Optional guidance turns verified findings into a plan via a server-side model. The browser never receives the vendor name. Evidence sent is bounded public page data, not your Google credentials.
  • Domain Rating, if you use that tool, calls Ahrefs when a key is configured.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. We store product and credit grants in our ledger. Card data is handled by Dodo, not by Crawlwise. Webhooks include a user id we set so we can grant credits.

Operator alerts

If Telegram alerts are enabled, the operator may receive a message on new sign-up, a purchase, or a support ticket. That is not a customer chat. It is not used for marketing to other people.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising cookies or a third-party analytics pixel on these pages.

Retention

Account data stays until you delete it. Credits follow the plan period described at purchase. We may keep payment references needed to reconcile a charge.

Access

You can review profile and history while signed in. Your account page has a one-click export of everything stored against your account, and permanent deletion of it. Neither needs to go through Support. We do not sell personal information.
