Step by step
Step 1. Verify the site first
How to use it: AI visibility requires a verified site. Prove ownership on the site overview before you configure scans.
Step 2. Pick a section
How to use it: Switch between Setup, Latest answers, Sources & competitors, Ask a question, Why not? and History — each answers a different question.
Step 3. Set your brand, rivals and questions
How to use it: In Setup, enter your Brand name and anything else it is written as, add Competitors, and list the Questions your customers ask. We match the exact name or an alias as a whole word.
Step 4. Run a scan and read the gaps
How to use it: Press Run scan to ask every selected model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode) your questions. Nothing runs until you press it, unless you set a Schedule. Then read Latest answers, and open Why not? if you are not named.
